Upskilling platform BytexL raises $ 200K to increase student employability

BytexL, an experiential learning platform for IT career aspirants, raised $ 200,000 in an angel round from Joseph Joy, president of Joy Family Investment in the USA, among others.

According to a press statement, the latest funds will be used to grow content, improve the product portfolio and increase its sales and marketing team. The company plans to expand its operations in India to Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab and other northern parts of India.

BytexL is the first learning platform with built-in advanced coding editor for automated learning, guided training and placement support. It helps students make sudden changes in learning patterns to ensure continuous learning. The platform provides new skills and existing skills to its users.

Founded by Karun Tadepalli in December 2019, BiteXL aims to provide an unparalleled combination of self-learning coursework and guided training to bring job preparation with a degree for every student. It claims to have a renewal rate of 78 percent and is active among 42,000 students in 55 colleges. The platform’s participation rate is 75 percent.
