Online hiring platform Relevel has announced that it has secured $ 20 million from its parent company and Adtech Unicorn Unacademie.
Fundraising takes place within four months of the launch of Realwell, against the backdrop of strong traction in user growth, company partnerships and placement rates.
Fresh capital will be used to increase the reliability team, strengthen the platform, and expand testing to improve a variety of job offers.
Founded in May 2021 by Shashank Murali, Saksham Keshari and Prakash Kumar, Relaywell is a job-giving platform that enables job seekers to showcase their skills through testing and get the job of their dreams within 15 days. The platform currently has over 2.35 million users and claims to have a 100 percent placement rate of users who qualify in the tests. There are currently 64 active companies in those areas that have interviewed candidates based on tests.
Gives reliability companies easy access to resources and selects the best candidates, pre-evaluated on their aptitude, ability and skills. It currently conducts three tests, including frontend development, backend development and business development. They are all held in one day. Selection rounds are designed to evaluate all the skills required for a role in a dispute. Users need MCQ-type tests, algorithmic tests, case studies and sometimes they need to create a mini-app. The final round of each exam is a live interview conducted by an industry expert.
Releval claims that about 60 percent of the users who receive job offers through the platform are freshers and the experienced users who come through the platform receive offers with a 150% pay rise. The company further claims that most of its job seekers are from Tier II and Tier III cities in the country.
