EdTech is enabling the professional growth of teachers

An analysis of 10,000 teachers from 31 countries in Nord Anglia found that courses that helped teachers develop their teaching skills were the most popular, accounting for 62% of all online learning sessions between May 2021 and October 2021. In contrast, the teaching skills of 2021 between September 2020 and April are 51% of all teaching sessions on the NAU.

  • The curriculum on teaching skills extends to subject-specific courses such as mathematics for elementary years, focusing on children’s development and learning, for example, learning styles and enhancing the understanding of pedagogy.
