Baird Group Acquires Adoki Academy to Build Future Global Leaders in Digital Media for Kids

Bayard, a leading youth and media publisher, acquired a majority stake in EDOKI ACADEMY – a leader in educational apps for children ages 3 to 10.

Founded in 2015 by Emmanuel Goethe, Sylvain Lumbroso and Valerie Toussaint and supported by Ilaya, the Adtech startup is behind the “Montessori Preschool” app with over 10 million downloads worldwide.

This strategic edit supports Baird’s ambition to become a leading French company for digital media in the children’s space, continuing to create cultural, creative and educational content for children, teachers and families around the world.
